Refund and Returns Policy for Panfineunie Store

Our Refund and Returns Policy explains how you can return products, request refunds, and the conditions under which returns are accepted. Please read this policy carefully.

  • Return Period: You may return most items within 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Condition of Item: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and any other items that were included.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Some products may not be eligible for return. These include:

Step 2: Prepare the Return Package

Once your return is approved, package the item securely in its original packaging. Ensure that all parts, accessories, and instructions are included. Write the RA number on the outside of the return package to help us process your return quickly.

Step 3: Shipping the Return

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. Panfineunie Store is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Step 4: Return Confirmation

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund or process an exchange, as per your preference. You will receive a confirmation email when your return has been processed.

3. Refunds

Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, provided the returned item meets the eligibility requirements (unopened, unused, and within the return period). The following conditions apply:

  • Full Refunds: If the product is returned within the 30-day return window and in acceptable condition, you will receive a full refund.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may issue a partial refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. However, please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Non-Refundable Costs

Shipping fees for returning items are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges

We are happy to offer exchanges for most items, provided they meet the return criteria. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process outlined above and request an exchange in your communication with our customer service team.

If the item you wish to exchange is unavailable or out of stock, you will be given the option to either:

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your package. We will provide a prepaid return label and cover the cost of return shipping. You may be eligible for a full refund or exchange at no extra cost. Please make sure to keep any damaged packaging and take clear photos of the damage or defect to assist with the process.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Changing or Cancelling an Order

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately to ensure timely delivery. However, if you wish to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@panfineunie.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify it, and you will need to follow the return process after receiving the item.

8. Customer Responsibilities

While we strive to make the return and refund process as easy as possible, customers are responsible for ensuring the following:

  • The item is returned in its original, unused condition.
  • The item is packaged securely to prevent damage during the return shipment.
  • All required documentation, such as the original invoice and RA number, is included in the return package.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in a delay or rejection of your return or refund request.

9. International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we do not offer free return shipping for items shipped outside of the United States. Please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply when returning items from overseas, and these costs are also the responsibility of the customer.
